We offer three main services. Drone, Photography, and Matterport™ Tours. We also offer some Extras that you may add to your appointment.

• Drone – 10-20 4k Drone images
  
  • Extras:
  • Drone Video – We make an exterior Drone Video and host it on YouTube
  • Drone Property Outline – We outline 2-4 4k drone pictures for your listing. Showing the property line.
    
    

• Photography – We take on average 20-50 images per home. Each home is unique and instead of charging you per image we just bundle it all and you get the best that we can offer for your listing.
  
  

• Matterport™ Tour – We use an industry leading camera system that captures your listing in 3D. Giving buyers the ability to walk the whole home without even being there. Never have the “you have to see it in person” talk again!
  
  • Extras:
  • Mattertags™ – We can place floating markers within the 3D tour that can attract the eye to something special. Be it a $10,000 stove or a huge Primary Bathroom. Your imagination has  no limits with matter tags. (If you would like to include Mattertags™ in your tour. Email us with this request and we will guide you through the steps)
    
    Please be aware that we do not offer any staging or “photoshop-ing”. If you want your listing to look amazing it should be ready in advance for a photoshoot.
